Also, these days, there are other priorities like food, school tuition fees and medical treatments that money set aside for gym sessions has been demoted to the bottom of the list. Exercising can be fun when you have friends engaging it with you. You can motivate each other while exercising. Also each session does not tend to get boring because you are all having fun. The Humble Beginnings Zumba fitness has been around since early 2000. This fitness program was developed by Alberto &#8220;Beto&#8221; Perez who hails from Colombia, South America during the 1990s. He was forced to used what was music was available and those were Latin salsa and merengue music. He improvised the moves to the beat of his music and thus Zumba was born. Beto moved to the USA and began teaching this program in Miami. Its popularity spread like wildfire and in 2001, he partnered with Alberto Perlman and Alberto Aghion and trademarked the name Zumba. Today, there are over 20,000 licensed instructors all over the world teaching and sharing the knowledge that you can have fun getting in shape with Zumba fitness. The Music and the Workout Music is the key ingredient in this workout.
